A new housing development in Tulsa aimed at helping those with affordable housing who need affordable housing will also be home to those with special needs. It’s set to go up near Admiral and North Utica to News Oklahoma senior reporter Justin Ayer explains what the community will offer.
The building will be constructed right about here with affordable housing on the ground level disability housing on the second in a
mix of affordable and market rate housing on the top. We hope to prove this model as something that can be successful in replicated again, not just in Tulsa, but in other communities Stuart McDaniel and I this is kind of a forgotten little corner walked on

They will have temperature control devices and kitchens. We’ll have locking pocket doors developers say their hopeful the property will so clean up the area as well.
