Stuart McDaniel
Founder & Principal
Stuart McDaniel is the Founder and Principal of GuRuStu. He founded the company in 2005 while still in high school and has since led its evolution from a creative services firm into a community-focused development company.
His work spans real estate development, construction oversight, land use, and neighborhood revitalization. Since 2016, he has focused on housing and community development efforts in North Tulsa and surrounding areas, leading property acquisition, redevelopment, and long-term planning across multiple neighborhoods.
Stuart’s approach is rooted in direct involvement. He lives and works in the communities where GuRuStu operates and maintains a hands-on role in both development and day to day operations.
Micah Moseby
Director of Design
Micah Moseby leads creative and design efforts across the company, supporting both development and communication needs. His work includes visual planning, drafting, branding, and digital design.
He plays a key role in helping translate development concepts into clear visuals that support planning, outreach, and execution.
Troy McDaniel
Director of Construction & Facilities
Troy McDaniel oversees construction, property improvements, and ongoing facility operations across GuRuStu’s projects. His work includes managing renovations, coordinating with contractors and trades, and maintaining the company’s growing portfolio of properties.
He plays a key role in translating development plans into executed work on the ground, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and maintained over time.
Beverly McDaniel
Director of Leasing & Operations
Beverly McDaniel manages leasing and tenant relations across GuRuStu’s residential properties. Her work focuses on maintaining occupancy, supporting residents, and ensuring day to day operations run smoothly.
With a background in communications, she also supports internal coordination and helps maintain consistency across the company’s various initiatives.
David Keene
Maintenance Supervisor
David Keene oversees property maintenance and supports ongoing repairs across GuRuStu’s portfolio. His work ensures that properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained for residents.
Belle McDaniel
Design & Brand Development
Belle McDaniel supports design and branding efforts across GuRuStu’s projects. Her work includes visual identity, marketing materials, and creative support for both development and community initiatives.
Her role helps ensure that projects are communicated clearly and consistently, both internally and within the communities they serve.
