Our work in Seminole reflects a focused, small-scale approach to housing and property improvement in a rural setting. While different from our work in Tulsa, the goal remains the same: to restore underutilized properties and provide quality housing where it is needed.

What We Are Doing
Our efforts in Seminole are centered on practical improvements that can be sustained over time.
This includes:
- Rehabilitation of existing homes
- Targeted property acquisition
- Ongoing property management and upkeep
A key project within this work is the rehabilitation of the historic Van Sanford Apartments, being completed in partnership with the Avedis Foundation. This effort focuses on restoring a historic asset while improving housing quality within the community.
