Our work centers on acquiring and restoring underutilized assets, increasing access to attainable and workforce housing, and strengthening neighborhoods over time. We focus on practical, block-by-block progress that creates stability for residents while preserving the character of the communities we work in, particularly in North Tulsa neighborhoods such as Crutchfield and the northwest portion of Kendall Whittier, as well as rural housing initiatives in Seminole and Drumright, Oklahoma.
